To Whom It May Concern,  

Back in 2003 we were actively searching for a paving company that could mill out the old asphalt and repave our entire speedway. Obviously, there was a history with Martinsville Speedway and Thompson-Arthur Paving dating back to the earliest days of the speedway. The majority of all major projects over the years have been handled by T/A. That being said, Thompson-Arthur, a Division of APAC VA, was awarded the contract to begin the refurbishment of the track surface beginning in 2004.  

As expected and as always, their commitment and quality was exceptional. They met all specification requirements and time constraint issues to provide an excellent finished product.  

Certainly a speedway faces the scrutiny of many who think of themselves as "experts" in asphalt and concrete surfaces. We received nothing but rave reviews everyone.  

I would recommend them to anyone wanting a first class paving job.
